The Bentley Rescue Sled provides a large and buoyant device that is simple to maneuver while working in water or on thin ice. The catamaran styled design enables the Sled to track well in open water and slide easier through snow and slush. Rescuers will use much less effort to propel the Sled during difficult conditions.

The Bentley Rescue Sled features ladder-like channels molded into the surface that permit users to climb onto the Sled with ease.

There are five hand holes on each side of the Sled that make handling and controlling the Sled easier while in the water or carrying it to the scene. The middle hand hole is the balance point and one person can carry the Sled like a suitcase.

There are three tether points at each end of the Sled that allow rescuers to attach lines to both and front and rear if needed.

The Sled will enable a rescuer to slide over the surface easily regardless of ice, snow or water.
The victim can put himself onto the Sled or the rescuer can partly submerge the Sled and slide the victim on for the pull back to shore.
There are plenty of grab point along both sides and the channels for controlling the Sled while in open water.
The Sled provides enough buoyancy to float a rescuer high in the water during operations.
